Training and Development
At Manpower you become part of a global forward-looking, fresh thinking team. We invest significantly in the learning and development of all of our employees. All new starters undergo an intensive 5 day in-house training programme to equip them for a successful career at Manpower and to get acquainted with the Manpower Way. Through our global learning centre we provide each employee with access to over 3,600 online courses, covering diverse fields from management development, to advanced IT programming, as well as a range of programs and learning opportunities to support innovation and excellence in the business.
